The terms under which a customer may request a refund or exchange for things they've purchased are outlined in the return and refund policy. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return or refund. As you read the policy, more information will be provided about the conditions under which this only happens.
Conditions for Returning:
1. A genuine justification for returning or exchanging the item must exist.
2. If the goods are damaged after it is received, we will not accept it.
3. Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item.
4. The item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition.
5. If we sent you an incorrect product that you didn't order, you can ask for it to be returned to us.
6. You have the option to return the merchandise if it has any manufacturing flaws.
7. The product is about to expire or has already expired.
Returns are not allowed in the following scenarios for us:
- if the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- product has been damaged by the customer's use or is not in the same state as when it was sent to you.
- items not returned without their original packing, freebies, or attachments.
- items without barcodes or tags.
If your address is confirmed and found to be accurate and complete but the package is still missing, we at Petzsmile pledge to refund your money. If you provided any information that was incorrect or missing, you will need to start the transaction over from scratch. Your account will be charged for the original product price less shipping and other costs as soon as the transaction is completed.
We will only return full payment if you have not yet received anything at your door. Although it won't take long, the return amount may not appear on your credit card statement for up to two weeks. If you wait around for a while to fix the issue, you will need to contact the appropriate authorities.
